About the Speaker
Dr. Dixon was raised in upstate NY. There he attended SUNY Buffalo and obtained a degree in Physical Therapy. After practicing for four years, he attended Dental school at SUNY Buffalo and married his wife, Amy. Immediately after Dental school he studied Orthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Dixon and Amy have two college age
daughters.
He maintains a five location multi doctor practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts. After partnering with Smile Doctors in 2024, Dr. Dixon was awarded "rookie of the year" in part due to the adoption of new technology and practice growth. He believes DM is as important of a technological advance in Orthodontics as clear aligners and digital scanning.
