Observation 2.0:

Leveraging Tech to Keep Patients Engaged

Program Overview

Join Dr. Dan Bills as he redefines the observation experience by transitioning from passive waiting to "active surveillance." Rather than letting low-acuity recall visits congest your schedule, you will learn how to leverage remote technology to enhance clinical oversight while reclaiming massive amounts of time.

Points Covered

  • Transform Practice Capacity: Discover the clinical blueprint for eliminating thousands of unnecessary appointments annually, allowing you to redeploy hundreds of hours toward high-value starts and active care.
  • Master Data-Driven Readiness: Learn to utilize automated tracking of eruption and developmental milestones to identify exactly when a patient is ready for treatment, moving beyond "gut feelings" to precise, data-backed initiation.
  • Elevate Virtual Engagement: Implement proven strategies to keep families connected and motivated through personalized digital coaching and gamified communication, ensuring the practice stays top-of-mind without requiring physical presence.
