DM IS FOR YOUR PATIENTS

Patient Attitudes towards DentalMonitoring

The purpose of this study was to analyze the attitude of orthodontic patients of different ages and in different countries towards the use of an AI-powered remote monitoring solution, DentalMonitoringTM (DM), which consists of a Doctor’s dashboard, patient’s smartphone application, and patented algorithms to analyze clinical situations and automate the communication process.

Seventeen orthodontists from ten countries (USA, Australia,
France, Ireland, United Kingdom, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Italy, and
Germany) were enrolled in this private practice-based cross-sectional study. The vast majority of patients expressed a very positive attitude toward the different aspects of their remote monitoring experience.

DM IS FOR YOUR TEAM

Evolving the Role of Orthodontic
Assistants in the Digital Age

As the role of dental assistants evolves alongside
digital transformation in orthodontics, understanding
how new technologies like DentalMonitoring (DM)
impact their daily experience is critical. This study
surveyed over 180 DentalMonitoring Coordinators
(DMCs) globally to explore how DM affects their
perception of work, sense of purpose, stress levels, and
job satisfaction. The results offer a unique window into
how clinical innovation is reshaping not just patient
care, but also the lives of those behind the dashboard.
